Evergreen Design Studio has a design process that involves the client. Each step involves careful listening, understanding and then communication of the design solution.

1. Initial Design meeting: During the first meeting design requirements are discussed. How should the design function to best serve the clients lifestyle goals? What are the clients aesthetic tastes? Timeline and budget is also reviewed.
2. Schematic Design: Evergreen creates 2 or 3 design options for the clients review. One option is selected for further development, and refinement.
3. Design Development: After the plans are finalized additional design elements are considered, such as cabinet layouts and lighting. The types of finishes are reviewed.
4. Preliminary Pricing: Evergreen Design Studio works with the builder to provide preliminary pricing. Adjustments are made to the design if needed.
5. Construction Documents: Detailed drawings for permit and construction are put together. Coordination with the structural engineer.
6. Builder Contract and Permit: Evergreen is available during final pricing and permit process.
7. Construction: Evergreen provides services throughout the construction phase, such as final finish and fixture selections, answering contractor questions, and reviewing the construction progress. Construction can be a time consuming for a homeowner and Evergreen can help to make decisions on their behalf, making the process to completion an enjoyable experience.
